Cloud capabilities, federal-ready.

Four core practice areas — each delivered under standard federal procurement vehicles, hosted in Canadian sovereign cloud, and eligible for PSIB set-aside and conditional set-aside contracts.

01 · Application Development

Custom application development

We design and build cloud-native applications from the ground up. Whether you need a workflow tool replacing an Excel spreadsheet, a public-facing service, or a complex line-of-business system, we work end-to-end: requirements, architecture, build, deploy, support.

.NET on Azure — modern stack: ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, Azure App Services, Azure SQL
Frontend frameworks — React, Blazor, or server-rendered Razor depending on the use case
API-first architecture — REST and GraphQL APIs, OpenAPI specifications for integration
Accessibility built in — WCAG 2.1 AA compliant, suitable for Government of Canada Web Accessibility standards
Bilingual by default — Official Languages Act compliance baked into the architecture
Procurement vehicles
Direct PSIB set-aside for contracts under $7.5M · Conditional set-aside for larger engagements · SOSA for under $40K · subcontracting arrangements available under prime vendors.
02 · Migration & Modernization

Cloud migration & modernization

Lift, shift, refactor, or rebuild — depending on what makes sense for your application. We assess legacy applications, recommend a migration path, and execute the move to Azure Canada cloud regions while keeping things running.

Migration assessment — discovery, dependency mapping, cost/effort estimates per application
Lift-and-shift — IaaS migrations for legacy apps not ready for refactoring
Replatforming — move to managed services (App Services, Azure SQL) without code rewrites
Refactoring & rebuilds — modernize legacy .NET Framework apps to .NET 8+
Sovereign cloud only — Azure Canada Central / Canada East regions, data residency guaranteed
Engagement model
Discovery first — we typically start with a 4–6 week paid discovery to scope the migration before committing to the full engagement.
03 · Identity & Integration

Identity, access, and integration

Federal applications rarely live alone — they need to talk to GCKey, MyKey, Active Directory, departmental APIs, and cross-government data exchanges. We design and implement those integrations.

GCKey / MyKey integration — citizen and employee authentication for federal services
Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) — internal SSO, conditional access, B2B and B2C scenarios
API gateways — Azure API Management, request throttling, OAuth 2.0, mTLS where required
Cross-departmental data exchange — secure data flows between systems, audit logging built in
Zero-trust architecture — assume nothing, verify everything, least privilege by default
Security posture
Protected B capable architectures with appropriate controls. Hosting in Azure Canada sovereign regions for all engagements involving Canadian data.
04 · Data Platforms

Data platforms & analytics

Departmental data lives in too many places. We build the platforms that bring it together — for reporting, analytics, dashboarding, and downstream applications.

Data warehousing — Azure Synapse, Azure SQL, dimensional modelling, ETL/ELT pipelines
Reporting & dashboards — Power BI, embedded analytics in custom applications
Data integration — Azure Data Factory, Logic Apps, scheduled and event-driven pipelines
Master data management — golden-record architectures, data quality rules, lineage tracking
Privacy by design — PII tagging, role-based data masking, retention policy enforcement
Compliance
Privacy Act compliant architectures, with full audit trails and data residency in Canadian sovereign cloud regions.

How to procure our work

Several federal procurement vehicles are available for engaging Indigenous suppliers. We're familiar with all of them and can help you identify the right one for your contract.

PSIB Direct Set-Aside

Contracts up to $7.5M can be set aside for Indigenous suppliers when the procurement is in a region with capable Indigenous vendors. We are pre-qualified.

Conditional Set-Aside

For larger contracts, departments can set evaluation criteria that prioritize Indigenous participation — we can prime, sub, or partner.

SOSA (Sole-Source under $40K)

For smaller engagements — discovery work, prototypes, fixed-scope deliverables — direct sole-source procurement is often the simplest path.

Subcontracting (under a prime)

If you have an existing prime relationship, we can join as the Indigenous subcontractor to satisfy IBP / Indigenous participation criteria on the contract.

Standing Offers / Supply Arrangements

We pursue relevant SAs and SOAs as they come up. If you have one in flight where Indigenous participation is required or scored, we'd like to talk.

Discovery engagements

Not sure what you need yet? A short paid discovery (2–6 weeks) can produce the SOW and procurement strategy for the larger engagement.

Have an RFP, RFSO, or SOW in hand?

Send it over. We'll respond within two business days with a real assessment of fit, not a generic capability statement.
